We recommend giving your product a thorough hand wash to get most of the mud off and then place your product in a wash bag or pillow case and wash on a 40 degree spin.

We aim to ship your order within 10-15 working days. However this cannot be guaranteed when times are busy especially around Christmas. You will receive an email to say that your order is ready to be dispatched and will be dispatched 1-3 days after this email. All orders are sent with Royal Mail. More information here.

We have brand rep codes that can be used on your order for 10% You can find these on our Instagram page under the Brand Rep highlight. Please note that you can only use one per purchase.
